French... President berkuasa.. Parliament pun berkuasa... President... dipilih rakyat... bukan dipilih oleh Parliament... tapi salu kompius sebab executive power... kat president ke kat prime minister... hahahahaha

Aku mula belajau pasal PRESIDENTIAL PARLIAMENTARY ni masa zaman-zaman di PPP yang sangat sengsara tu.... Ingat lagi... Lecturernya was Grace Oiii.. ngajau Comparative Politics... sedih sial.. aku dapat C+ saja.

Tak banyak negara yang practice this system.. Yang best RUSSIA guna system ni... UKRAINE.... hahaha.. Belarus tak guna... As if macam popular plak among ex Soviet Union republics.. Lithuania.. Armenia... Azerbaijan... Georgia.. 

Kat South East Asia.. only Timor Leste yang guna.. Aku plak ingatkan Turkey sudah jadi camni.. rupanya Turkey completely transformed dari Parliamentary to Presidential.... Erdogan memang luar biasa.. patut orang lablekan the situation as neo-Ottoman.
